New Zealand Cricket and PlayHQ have been working together to bring a significant collection of historical playing statistics into PlayHQ from our previous technology platform.
This work is now complete, with historical statistics dating from 2012 onwards available in PlayHQ for participants to claim and add to their participant profile.
The historical data reflects the records that were available and suitable for migration. As a result, some scorecards or statistics may not be available, and some historical records may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.
How To Claim Your Data
There are two ways you can claim your data, noting that some profiles have already been merged by NZC.
When you register for the upcoming summer season, you'll be prompted to claim any matching profiles as part of the registration process. If a match is found based on your name, date of birth, gender and contact details, it will appear at the 'Claim Profiles' step.
Depending on your profile, you'll fall into one of three scenarios:
No verification needed: Claim and merge your profile straight away with a single click.
Verification required: A confirmation code will be sent to the email address on the matched profile. Enter the code to complete the claim.
Can't be claimed online: If you no longer have access to the email on the matched profile, click 'Contact Support' and the PlayHQ team will help you from there.
Option 2: Find My Profiles (available now)
You don't need to wait until registration opens. Log in to your public portal, Click on your Profile Page and scroll to the bottom of the page to the 'Find My Profiles' option. Use this function to search and claim your historic statistics today.
