A plethora of women coaches and managers have led the way at NZC’s recent National Women’s U19 Tournament in Lincoln.
The high level of representation demonstrates a concerted effort to develop women coaches into such roles, through programmes like NZC’s Pathway to Performance and Performance Coaching Programmes.
