The Wheel has Turned
Mr Lance Retemeyer coached the Palmerston North Boys’ High School team from 2004-07. During that time Palmerston North Boys’ High School won the Gillette Cup in 2004 and was also a finalist in 2006 and 2007. In 1990, Mr Retemeyer was the captain of the Palmerston North Boys’ High School team that won the inaugural Gillette Cup title.
Mr Chris Gaffaney umpired in the 2007 finals having represented Otago Boys’ High School in 1992 and 1993 when they had back-to-back victories in the Gillette Cup.
Mr Anthony Bullick played for King’s College in 2003 and won the Geoffrey Palmer Cup as the Player of the Tournament. In 2008 he returned as manager of the Otago Boys’ High School team.
