Women's Coaching Toolbox

The resources on this page are designed to help clubs, schools, DA's and MA's ensure the environments they create are more inclusive towards women who want to coach cricket.

We know there are significant numbers of women who love our game and who want to contribute and share their knowledge as coaches, but at times, we don't create environments that allow for them to share their knowledge and passion.

We believe these resources will help any organisation create an environment that helps them recruit and ultimately retain women coaches.
